Cancellation and Payment Policy:

50% deposit due at time of booking, final balances due 60 days prior to your arrival. Payment in full must be received before arriving at Otter Cove-no exceptions! We prefer check or certified funds but also accept Visa and Mastercard.

We will accept payments during your stay for fishing charters, hunting transporter, fuel, replacement gear or gifts although it MUST be by credit card or cash. No checks at the lodge.

All deposits are non-refundable, however, with 180 days prior notice, we will change your dates within the season (subject to availability) or apply to the following year. No refunds for early/late arrival or departure or for loss do to weather.

We realize that there are sometimes circumstances beyond a persons control that require cancellation. At Otter Cove, we will acknowledge these circumstances on an individual basis.
